Future DEI Projects

Executive Inclusive Leadership Training

A two-hour training for Interactive executives that expands upon the Inclusive Leadership training,
but the curriculum is slightly adjusted to be high-level and strategy-oriented as the cohort is open to our C-Suite only.

Inclusive Leadership Training

A two-hour mandatory training for all
people leaders at Interactive that covers topics of equality vs. equity,
unconscious bias, and taking positive DE&I action as a people leader at our
org. The curriculum is discussion-based and action-oriented.

Emerging Leaders Program

A 13-week cohort program that prepares emerging leaders for leadership and management roles. The cohort is a diverse group of folks and one week's curriculum is all about topics related to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Every emerging leader is assigned a mentor who is already a manager or leader at the org for the duration of the
program.

Managers Monthly

A once-a-month, 60-minute meeting for people leaders designed to share important updates across the organization and offer training to all levels of people-leaders on various topics such as engagement, communication, goal setting, and DE&I.

Our Supplier Diversity Commitment

The Interactive Division celebrates diversity & embraces inclusion throughout the year by maintaining a comprehensive calendar of cultural celebrations and observances. On each recognized day, communications are sent to greet, inform and educate staff about the associated history, significance, and traditions of the holiday or day of observance.

Our Community Engagement

Subcommittee Engagement Initiatives

After meeting as a larger DE&I Committee, volunteers passionate about specific DE&I angles or events may join subcommittees and plan acknowledgements, education, and celebration
for whichever event their subcommittee covers. For example, subcommittees
worked together to plan and host Pride celebrations, Black History Month education, Autism Awareness Month education, and more.

Observe_Celebrate Slack channel

This channel is open to all Interactive employees and is a space to acknowledge and educate one another on smaller holidays that don't have subcommittees to plan events, but are still important to our diverse community. Here, we have volunteers share
write-ups on holidays like Holi, Passover, Canada Day, Cinco De Mayo, and more! Volunteers sign up to own an observe_celebrate write up at the Diversity & Inclusion Committee meetings, which occur once a month.

Interactive Diversity & Inclusion Committee

This is a volunteer committee designed to engage anyone who wishes to help plan and educate the rest of
the company on D&I topics. We meet once a month to look ahead to future
holidays to plan subcommittees and/or observe_celebrate posts. We update one another on our subcommittee plans to garner more participation and buzz for them and during slower months we host educational opportunities to this group.

WIIN - Women in Interactive

An affinity group for women and allies at
Interactive. A small steering committee of dedicated volunteers from this group meets regularly to plan events like International Women's Day for our org. The rest of our members chat and connect in our Slack group WIIN-Women In Interactive where we share milestones of women in our field
and in sports as well as connect on pop culture that shines positive lights on women.
