Without a doubt, Amount is one of the most diverse workplaces I've ever been in. I think if anything, seeing more women in leadership is the next step.
From my point of view, D&I is an ongoing, never-ending process of perfection, so it's hard to give a perfect score. I do believe the company is moving forward
