Amount's Latest DEI Accomplishments

  • Created a "fast feedback" channel via DEI office hours
  • Created new DEI Assets including a DEI Vocabulary, Policy, Diversity Statement, DEI Guidebook providing structure for our 4 legacies and 2 new ERGs
  • Developed a Community Partnership program to engage community organizations with their DEI efforts, providing support, mentorship, and resources.
  • Created a 5-year / 3-tier strategic plan with dozens of recommendations for organizational transformation.
  • Facilitated the Spring DEI Summit, informing Amountees of the direction, goals, and intended outcomes of the new strategic plan.
