Lumenalta celebrates and supports women in tech in a
variety of ways. Contrary to the norm in many large companies where leadership roles are predominantly held by men, Lumenalta boasts a different reality. Last March, for instance, a notable event showcased individuals who had diligently climbed the corporate ladder into management positions, to my surprise it was all women. Which to me showcases the company's commitment to gender equality and  empowerment. Regardless of department whether it's in recruitment, client interactions, culture or engineering, Lumenalta fosters a strong sense of camaraderie among women. There are numerous slack channels, and people you can reach out to not only for support but also to celebrate your successes. But more importantly, the company values and recognizes the contributions of all its  employees, irrespective of their role or gender, emphasizing the importance of every individual's efforts in driving success, and to me that is what makes  Lumenalta so special.
