Last March, for instance, a notable event showcased individuals who had diligently climbed the corporate ladder into management positions, to my surprise it was all women. Regardless of department whether it's in recruitment, client interactions, culture or engineering, Lumenalta fosters a strong sense of camaraderie among women. There are numerous slack channels, and people you can reach out to not only for support but also to celebrate your successes.
