  • Our Recruitment & Hiring Policy: 

    This policy plays a crucial role in promoting diversity in our company and building an open and inclusive work environment. Our recruiting teams are diverse, and we involve various individuals from different departments in the recruitment processes. This allows us to maintain full objectivity in selecting candidates and assess their competencies from multiple perspectives.

    Our recruitment and hiring policy is based on principles of equal treatment and non-discrimination of any social groups. It is unacceptable to ask questions unrelated to the requirements of a given position. We ensure the elimination of any biases or personal preferences. During recruitment, we also promote awareness of diversity and actively strive for the representation of various social groups.

    In pursuit of diversity in the company, we seek candidates through various channels - reaching out to different sources of candidate acquisition. Additionally, our recruitment processes are flexible, and the form or even the way we communicate is adapted to different candidate groups. We create inclusive job offers: we use inclusive language and avoid biased criteria in our job descriptions, focusing on key qualifications and competencies necessary for the role. We remove unnecessary requirements from job postings that could exclude various candidates.
    We also employ a standardized interview process for all candidates, focusing on skills and qualifications relevant to the position.

  • Our Commitment to Strengthening Diversity by Promoting Women in the IT Industry:

    As part of our diversity strategy, we actively work to support and promote women in the IT industry. We are proud that at RITS, women represent a high percentage of employees at the managerial level.

    Our actions in this area are not just about gender equality, but about actually strengthening the position of women in the IT world. At RITS, we are aware that by including women in our teams, we gain diverse perspectives and ideas, and also increase our potential and creativity not only through their life experiences but also through differences in problem-solving approaches and communication.

    By promoting women in the IT world, we significantly increase the attractiveness of this industry - an open and diversity-friendly IT industry enhances its attractiveness and increases our chances of attracting more women and talents to the company. We achieve this goal, among other things, by involving women from RITS in various events, such as the global Women in Tech event, events dedicated to women within associations like ABSL and SoDA focusing on diversity. We also strongly support a specific social group - young women looking to start their careers in the IT world. To this end, we organize workshops where our female leaders share their own experiences and knowledge, and we create real development opportunities for this social group.

    Just as our services and products are aimed at different groups of clients and users, we ensure that our teams are diverse, taking into account gender differences as well. Women can bring a unique perspective to the needs of our clients, allowing us to offer better products and services.

  • Our Comprehensive HR Policy:

    Our HR policy incorporates diversity, which means that all HR procedures and processes such as recruitment, selection, hiring policy, salary review, employee development, and performance management are designed in a fair, open, and inclusive manner, ensuring equal opportunities for all RITS employees.

    By highlighting just some of our HR processes, we reinforce our DEI strategy as follows:

     Diversity-based recruitment strategy and active search for candidates from various social groups

     Implementation of anti-mobbing and anti-discrimination procedures – we raise awareness among employees and clearly indicate which behaviors are unacceptable in our company.

  • Our Pay Policy and Ensuring Pay Equality:

    Pay equality is closely linked to our diversity strategy. At RITS, we adhere to principles of pay equality, which means ensuring fair and equal compensation for employees performing the same job, regardless of gender, age, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, or other factors.

    As part of our conducted pay audit, we have created a pay scale for all positions within the company and a transparent process for salary reviews. This solution has eliminated any potential pay disparities at RITS. It has also reaffirmed our belief that salaries for specific positions are determined based on objective criteria, such as required experience and competencies, rather than on predictions and subjective assessments.

    Furthermore, we periodically review our pay policy. We participate in salary surveys, share information about our pay policy with the market, and monitor market trends in this aspect. In addition to participating in salary surveys, we also obtain salary reports ourselves, allowing us to accurately assess the attractiveness and positioning of our compensation policy relative to the market and our closest competitors.

  • Our Approach to Business Strategy Execution and Customer Needs Analysis:

    Our strategy entails being a partner to our clients in their business challenges related to modern technologies. This includes challenges that help them manage their business more efficiently and effectively, as well as those that enable them to offer more competitive and modern products and services.

    We have a team of over five hundred highly diverse IT specialists, representing various backgrounds, specializations, and attitudes, who support our clients in various projects across multiple industries such as banking and finance, e-commerce, fintech, gaming, aviation, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, public sector, media and marketing, and insurance. On the one hand, each of these industries requires narrow specialization from us, but on the other hand, it allows us to propose proven solutions that can be successfully implemented in related industries without the need for costly and time-consuming testing. By ensuring diversity in our workforce, we are able to better explore the needs of our clients and deliver solutions exactly as they expect.

  • CSR - Social Engagement – Supporting Volunteer and Non-profit Initiatives:


    RITS Professional Services actively engages in volunteer and non-profit initiatives that are close to the hearts of our employees. We encourage them to submit their own ideas while offering our support.

    Over the past few years, we have carried out a number of inspiring projects, such as financing apartment rentals in Krakow for refugees from Ukraine and organizing donation drives and fundraising efforts, as well as providing logistical support for refugees. RITS regularly supports volunteers who are involved in projects aiding children in Mongolia and Liberia by sharing knowledge and providing necessary resources, including laptops, to improve their educational opportunities. Additionally, we finance marketing materials for young athletes and organize meet-ups for female technical students in collaboration with the Educational Foundation Perspektywy. Our efforts also include ongoing collaboration with Posadzimy.pl to reforest areas, where in the first stage, we planted trees on a 111 square meter area.
