Latcom joined the United Nations Global Compact Network,

 reaffirming its commitment to human rights, the environment, and labor standards.

 

The Global Compact strengthens our programs 'Una Vuelta +' and 'Una Hora para Cambiar el Mundo,' which promote the circular economy, sustainability, and corporate volunteering.

Corporate volunteer program in partnership with the Gestionar Esperanzas Foundation

The Gestionar Esperanzas Foundation supports various organizations (mainly soup kitchens and snack programs) to promote community development.

Sustainable Projects that Add Community Values

We are convinced that reality motivates us to be creative and seek to create value where we don’t see it yet. Creating value to transform. The project ‘One More Round +’ emerges as an opportunity to address the environmental issue generated by mass consumption advertising campaigns and transform it into a tool for true social inclusion, turning disposable materials into quality products, preventing them from beginning their long process of degradation and decomposition, thus preventing soil contamination.

Latest DEI Accomplishments

  • Board of Directors: Our board of directors is made up of an equal % of women and people of racial and ethnic minorities. This balance ensures diverse representation and multiple perspectives in the company's strategic decision-making.

  • BIPOC Employee Mentoring Program: We have launched a mentorship program aimed at BIPOC employees to support their professional development and growth within the company. This program has resulted in an increase in internal promotions for this group in the last year.

  • Diversity in Recruitment Program: We have implemented a diversity in recruitment program that includes collaborating with universities and organizations that support BIPOC communities to attract diverse talent. 

  • Inclusion and Diversity Network: We plan to launch an Employee Inclusion and Diversity Network, which will serve as a platform to share experiences, receive support, and promote DEI initiatives across the organization.

  • Commitment to Supplier Diversity: We are committed to working with diverse suppliers, setting specific goals to increase our purchases from minority, women-owned, and other underrepresented businesses.
