How it works?

Since 2018, Diversity.Social expands our Diversity Equity Inclusion Workplace™ program to focus on the Most BIPOC Friendly Employers™ and Workplace. All employers certified as Most BIPOC Friendly Employers have gone through a detailed evaluation process.

Step 1:
Collect D&I Data

Collect Workforce demographics (race, ethnicity, gender, age, etc.), representation at various levels of the organization, and representation within different departments in your selection of countries or regions (EU, US, CA, AU, SG, UK)

Step 2:
Complete Profile

Provide details about your organization's Black, Indigenous, and People of COlor related practices and profile.
