Disabled employee sues Twitter over Musk’s ban on remote work
Elon Musk’s directive that all Twitter employees must stop working from home and put in “extra-long hours at high intensity” discriminates against individuals with special needs, according to a lawsuit filed. A California-based engineering manager who was fired this week by Twitter said that he had filed a proposed class action lawsuit against the firm. The majority of Twitter’s employees with disabilities have been forced to resign given that they could not satisfy Musk’s demanding performance and productivity standards.
