  2. We will contact you as soon as we can to provide the next steps for the interview. You can choose to do the interview via email, video or phone call
    • Email interview will probably take 4-6 weeks
    • Depending on capacity, a phone interview may take up to 12 weeks to complete
  3. We will do further editing and then review the content with you before publishing or promoting it through our channels
  4. Published! And we will share the URL location with you so you can share it with your network, potential clients, and future employers.

Do I need to be a Chief Diversity Officer or D&I Super Expert?

No, we do not define leaders based on their job identities. We define a leader as someone who has unique stories to tell, whether it is a groundbreaking concept or ideology that could change the world or a unique experience that defines who you are/what your community is about or even a story that shares a celebration of success or an opportunity for growth and development.

What if I don’t have any special thought leadership to share, am I welcomed?

Definitely. We do not only want to hear unique groundbreaking ideas and thoughts, we also want to hear your experiences in promoting and inspiring equality and equity.

Share your experience, something you value and something that is important to you as a person, as a DEI advocate and leader.

Ex. It could be a cultural experience that inspires ideas for creating better customer services and products.

Where will you publish my interview?

We will publish DEI Thought Leadership interviews through multiple platforms to increase visibility and publicity. We will share all the links with you to share with your potential clients and stakeholders.

Can I see an example of the end product?

How long will it take for my interview to be published?

From what we can foresee, it could take around 8-16 weeks.

Will I be able to modify my input later?

Definitely. We want the content to be always up to date and reflect your insights and expertise. We don’t want this to go stale! If you want to change your content with refreshed thought leadership, just let us know and we will update the content for you as soon as we can.

What format is the diversity interview?

It will be a form of email interview, which you share your thoughts and ideas based on personal experience. We do not aim for technical know-hows, but more your personal empowerment. It is all about you, and no one can replicate your uniqueness.
